Quick & Easy Spanish Paella Made With Only 10 Ingredients
Another one of my favourite (if not my absolute favourite) “One Pot” recipe which you just can’t go wrong with! All you need is chopping board, a knife, one pot and a wooden spoon for stirring. This type of cooking will be appreciated by everyone but mainly by people like myself, who don’t have a dish washer and don’t want to spend hours cleaning the kitchen afterwards.
What’s not to love?
Whether you are a cooking guru or a total beginner, you are going to love this! You only need 10 ingredients for this awesome recipe, which you are most likely going to have at home already.
I honestly love this dish SOOO MUCH! Not only it is quick and easy but it’s filling, delicious, colourful, comforting and also full of goodness. If you haven’t yet, you MUST try it!

Chop up the onion and fry until translucent. In the meantime, cut both peppers and tomatoes into same size pieces and set aside. Add garlic to the onion and cook for 1 minute before adding smoked paprika. Mix in your vegetables, add paella rice and stir well. Pour in the whole litre of vegetable stock and cover with a lid. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and stir occasionally. When all liquid is absorbed, you’re paella is ready. Make sure you do a taste test to ensure rice is cooked. Add the frozen peas and lemon juice right at the end, allow to stand for 5 minutes and serve.
You can garnish it with fresh basil, parsley, lemon or spring onions.

As I already mentioned, feel free to use any vegetables and even beans for extra protein if you like. The reason I keep this recipe simple is because it is meant to be easy and quick to prepare and cook, and if you are a new-be to cooking, this would be the perfect recipe to learn on.
