Simple Peanut Butter & Banana Toast
It doesn’t always have to be a complicated breakfast for it to taste delicious. Something as simple as peanut butter on toast topped with slices of banana and mixed seeds is exactly what you need to start your day. Full of protein and fibre, this breakfast classic will keep you full and energised for hours.
I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 2 slices of your favourite bread
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter ( I always use crunchy on a toast)
- 1 banana
- 1tsp of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
M E T H O D :
As you can probably tell, there are no strings attached to this recipe. Simply toast your favourite bread to your liking, spread peanut butter on top and decorate with banana slices. For extra nutrients such as fibre, protein, magnesium or healthy fats, finish off with a sprinkle of some pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
