“Carrot & Mango” Smoothie!

This smoothie is amazing if you love something a little sweeter. The mango and banana adds natural sweetness, whereas the ginger gives it a little kick!

I love this one on a hot day when you fancy a naughty ice cream or a sorbet. This is a great alternative that satisfies your taste buds but won’t mess up your “being good” diet day.

Ingredients:

  • x1 large carrot
  • x1 medium size banana
  • x1 celery stalk, ginger
  • few mango pieces (depending on how sweet you want the smoothie to be)
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • turmeric for more colour (optional)
  • water
